Self-guided visits
Visitors may freely visit and experience the studio during operating hours (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

Group visits
Group visits of 6 or more people are available only through the group reservation system below. The standard duration is approximately 30 minutes. (The duration may vary depending on the group composition and operational conditions.) After submitting a group reservation request through the website, your reservation will be confirmed by email from the operations office. The planned date, time, and program details may be adjusted during the consultation process. (Email: uxstudio@hyundai-hmatc.com) • Group reservation requirements: intended visiting time, interpretation language (Chinese/English), full name of the organization of all participants, names and contact numbers. Our center will arrange schedules based on availability, and the final result shall be subject to confirmation via official email reply.
